We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location inside the Kotalawala Defence University campus in the outskirts of Colombo was truly unique and provided a sense of enhanced security. The service at this hotel was top-notch with attentive staff who were always ready to help. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the wake-up service ensured we never missed any appointments. The room amenities were excellent, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a well-stocked mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The dining table added a touch of elegance to the room, and the free toiletries were of high quality. The presence of a refrigerator, microwave, and dryer made our stay even more convenient. The television and AM/FM alarm clock provided entertainment and convenience, while the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the room. The dining restaurant, bar/lounge area, and outdoor dining area offered a variety of options for meals and drinks. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The staff could be more friendly and attarctive with the guests, focusing on improving their hospitality skills.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the prompt airport pickup and the delicious dinner prepared for our group. The room was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the hotel was conveniently located in the suburbs of the city, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
finding the hotel initially was a bit challenging, and we had to rely on contacting the reception for directions. However, despite these minor setbacks, the overall experience was satisfactory.

The weekend stay here was lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel, it seemed to be surrounded by a really nice atmosphere. the food was beautifully prepared and tasted even better than it looked. Lastly, the service was amazing, the staff were attentive and happy to provide any assistance.
There were a few areas the hotel could improve in. there was no relaxing area, like a pool or a TV room, which would have been so great to have had.
